Experienced Community Manager and Digital Advertising Specialist for Wellness Tech Platform

Senavida, a HIPAA-compliant wellness technology platform, is seeking a talented Community Manager and Digital Advertising Specialist. We connect consumers to trusted wellness practitioners and provide an all-in-one business platform for practitioners. Our mission is to combat loneliness and despair through authentic connection, community, and holistic healing. We are looking for a dedicated professional to own and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
This is not a 'post and ghost' position. We require someone who deeply understands our brand voice, can create compelling and engaging content, and possesses the strategic expertise to manage paid advertising campaigns effectively. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in building a genuine and warm community around our brand. This role can be Part-Time or Full-Time and is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in Latin America.

What You'll Do
- Create original content: captions, graphics, short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
- Schedule and publish posts across all 5 platforms using Metricool
- Manage and optimize paid social ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok
- Engage with our community — respond to comments, DMs, and build relationships
- Track performance metrics and report on what's working
- Collaborate with our content calendar in Airtable
- Bring ideas — we want a creative partner, not just an executor

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years managing social media for a brand (wellness, lifestyle, or health experience is a big plus)
- Proven experience running paid Meta ads and/or TikTok ads
- Strong video creation and editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
- Excellent written English (Spanish bilingual is a plus)
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Metricool, Later, or similar)
- Someone who resonates with wellness, mindfulness, and holistic health — this isn't just a job, it's a mission
- Self-starter who can manage their own time and communicate proactively

Compensation
Commensurate with experience. We are a startup with budget consciousness, and we want someone who wants to grow with us — not just work for us.
