We are seeking an experienced and highly accountable online personal trainer to provide live, 1-hour daily coaching sessions, six days per week. The client will be training at a gym in London, and the trainer will guide workouts in real time via video, ensuring proper form, progression, and consistency. The daily sessions are scheduled for 11:30 am - 12:30 pm argentina time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver live, structured 1-hour training sessions via video call.
Design and periodize a tailored training program focused on fat loss and lean muscle gain.
Adapt workouts based on progress, recovery, and performance.
Track key metrics and adjust programming accordingly.
Provide guidance on training intensity, recovery, and basic nutrition principles.
Ensure proper exercise technique and injury prevention.
Requirements:
Certified Personal Trainer (internationally recognized certification preferred).
Proven experience in body recomposition (fat loss + muscle building).
Strong understanding of strength training and progressive overload.
Fluent in English.
Reliable internet connection and ability to coach live sessions consistently.
Results-driven, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with busy professionals.
Knowledge of performance tracking tools and wearable integration.
Goal:
The primary goal is to build a sustainable training structure that supports long-term fat loss, muscle gain, and measurable performance improvement.
