Experienced Part-Time Qa Tester for Saas Web Application

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time QA Tester to join our fast-growing SaaS company. Our platform helps TikTok advertisers automate ad management through AI-driven rules, performance audits, and creative insights. With our product already live and new features shipping weekly, we need a skilled QA professional to ensure high quality and prevent regressions.

What We Need:
We are looking for someone who can:
- Test all new features thoroughly before release.
- Test key user flows, including login, account switching, rules creation, analytics pages, automations, and onboarding processes.
- Identify and report bugs, broken ui/ux elements, slow response times, and inconsistencies.
- Create comprehensive QA reports, including screenshots and video recordings.
- Re-test reported bugs efficiently after fixes have been implemented.
- Assist in documenting edge cases and common issues to improve product robustness.
- Provide valuable suggestions to enhance overall product usability and user experience.

Technical Requirements:
- Proven experience in testing SaaS platforms or dashboards.
- Familiarity with web application testing, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, forms, and API interactions.
- Strong ability to create clear, structured, and actionable bug reports.
- Bonus points for experience with TikTok Ads or any other advertising platform.

Tools They Should Know (Not mandatory but helpful):
- Loom or similar screen recording tools.
- Project management tools like Notion, Jira, or Trello.
- Proficiency with Chrome developer tools.
- Basic understanding of API interactions (optional).

Workload:
This is a part-time role requiring approximately 5-10 hours per week. We are looking for a freelancer interested in a continuous, long-term collaboration.
