Experienced Remote Project Manager for Operations Excellence

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager (PM) to oversee our operational activities and ensure smooth execution across multiple brands and initiatives. The primary goal of this role is to allow our core team to focus on their strategic areas by efficiently managing all operational aspects. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing task delegation across all brands and initiatives, building and managing dashboards using tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Asana, coordinating effectively with various contractors, designers, and editors, managing project timelines, deliverables, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), sending weekly reports and priority updates, and handling all necessary follow-up and accountability. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of remote project management experience. Fluency in English and native Spanish proficiency are essential for this role. Experience with launch calendars, managing content teams, or coordinating events will be highly valued.
