We are a growing residential and office cleaning business seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to design and implement robust systems for lead management, scheduling, and client communication. This project will focus on establishing automated workflows to streamline our operations.Key Responsibilities for the Initial Project Phase:Collaborate with our SEO/automation consultant to build out comprehensive systems.Implement automated workflows for email and text follow-ups.Develop and integrate a quoting system.Set up and manage lead tracking mechanisms.Perform CRM updates and ensure data integrity.Upon successful implementation of these systems, there is a strong potential for a long-term, part-time engagement (5-10 hours per week) to manage incoming leads, schedule appointments, and maintain organized client data.Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience with automation tools and platforms, particularly those enabling API integrations.Strong understanding and practical experience with CRM systems.Proficiency in data management and spreadsheet applications.Excellent written communication skills in English.Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.Desired Qualifications (Bonus):Previous experience working with cleaning or service-based businesses.Prior collaboration with small business owners.This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking for a significant project with the potential for ongoing collaboration.
