Experienced Web Developer for Paid Trial Task & Potential Long-Term Collaboration

We are seeking an experienced software developer for an initial paid trial task. This trial is designed to assess communication, technical ability, attention to detail, reliability, and overall work quality. The task itself will be small and may involve: reviewing an existing website or web application, fixing a minor front-end or back-end issue, improving page layout or user interface, checking code quality and suggesting improvements, or assisting with a small development task tailored to your skills. Successful completion of this trial task will open discussions for ongoing remote software development work. Preferred skills for this role include: strong web development fundamentals, proficiency in html, css, and javascript, experience with modern front-end frameworks such as react, next.js, or similar, familiarity with back-end technologies like Node.js, Express, or similar, experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus, solid understanding and experience with Git/GitHub, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. For privacy and security, this task will not require personal addresses, private account access, login details, identity documents, financial information, or use of personal accounts.
