Expert Needed to Manage Content from the Wordpress Blog Submission Form

I am seeking a freelancer to manage the content uploaded to my WordPress blog's submission form. This involves handling incoming submissions:
-downloading photos from the link users send and uploading these photos to the blog in an agreed-upon order,
-selecting a photo cover for the blog post,
-checking and correcting minor text details,
-publishing the ready article (one click),
-creating a short social media post based on the ready template;

I will then publish the ready post on social media, so you don't have to do it.

A single task takes around 20 minutes and is based entirely on the user's content submitted to the blog; you don't have to create anything by yourself.

I pay 8$ for the preparation of each article/post. We will meet online once to discuss the details, and we won't be in touch often, so you're free to work at your convenience during the week.

We currently publish around 3-5 posts per week, but this number is expected to increase greatly over time. I'm looking for someone willing to collaborate on a long-term basis.
