Expert Paid Social Media Buyer for Direct-to-Consumer Lead Generation Campaigns

Novaura is a fast-growing performance marketing and marketing automation company focused on helping businesses generate measurable growth through paid media, creative, AI, and funnel optimization. We work with clients across a variety of industries to build scalable lead generation systems and are looking for a highly skilled Paid Social Media Buyer / Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

We are seeking someone with strong hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with TikTok experience considered a plus. This is a highly performance-driven role focused on lead generation and customer acquisition, making it ideal for someone who understands direct response marketing, enjoys testing and optimization, and can make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance over time.

In this role, you will be responsible for launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns, monitoring performance to improve cost per lead and overall efficiency, testing audiences, creative, copy, and offers, and analyzing campaign data to identify actionable opportunities for growth. You will work closely with leadership and creative teams to continuously test, learn, and scale winning strategies while helping ensure campaigns are paced correctly, properly QA’d, and consistently improving.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Meta Ads Manager, understands lead generation and performance marketing, and is comfortable independently analyzing data and making optimization decisions. Experience in agency environments, startups, direct response marketing, high-volume lead generation, call generation, legal, insurance, home services, financial services, or DTC brands is a strong plus. Strong English communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment are important.
