Llenar un formulario ya diseñado en kotlin, subir la información a  Database FireBase.
El formulario contiene String, imagen, selección múltiple y selección de coordenadas en mapa. Según adjunto.

Crear un menú para Diligenciar una tabla de excel(ya diseñada), generar el PDF y enviar a una lista de correo electrónico. Según adjunto.

Se dará conexión remota para argumentar el proceso
