Estoy necesitando hacer una especie de google form pero que funcione con QNAP. Actualmente tengo un dominio y hosting activo. Con lo cual habria que armar una pagina de front end para luego cargar la información en una base de datos en MYSQL. Actualmente lo hago pero con un google form personal y quiero ponerlo bajo el ala del servidor de la empresa. Mi idea es que el QNAP cargue los formularios para poder bajarlos y yo me pueda armar reportes. Claramente escucho sugerencias.
