SourceCode Communications is working with a client in the livestreaming space whose users span the globe. We are seeking four community engagement and management partners who are deeply embedded in one of the following markets: France, Spain, Canada, Germany (please specify which market you are in when you apply).  Within each market, this candidate will monitor local creators and news, and interact with content from the client’s social channels (focus on Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok). The person in this role will not be responsible for the creation of original content but will serve as the "boots on the ground" to organically grow the name recognition of the brand through interactions with local streamers and influencers. The ideal candidate for this role must be knowledgeable about the gaming space (where most livestreamers on the platform focus), with knowledge around the creator economy and livestreaming also being desirable.

Project overview

What You’ll Do: -Execute 80-100 interactions per week across Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok (starting at 40-50/week with a ramp up period) documented in a shared tracker **An engagement is defined as liking and/or commenting on one post or piece of content within Streamlabs’ target audience. If a post is both liked AND commented on, that is 1 engagement. **At a minimum, 75% of engagements should include a comment -Monthly Reporting + Updates - feed engagement data (platform, type of interaction - like/comment, reshares/impressions/likes, etc) into a template for reporting purposes; share a summary of activities monthly including notable creator interactions or shifts in strategy -Quarterly Strategy Recommendation - provide a broader overview of engagement strategy quarterly, adapting based on learnings from previous quarter and including accounts to focus on, events to track, and strategy to engage with key moments and players Requirements: -A proven track record of creating, executing, and driving strategy for community engagement programs -A strong understanding of the “who is who” in gaming and streaming in your region, how they interact with their audiences, and the best opportunities for engagement -Solid understanding of the major moments in streaming/gaming, i.e. major events like TwitchCon or upcoming new game releases that will be sure to gain attention in the community Skilled at social post development, execution, and maintenance -You love engaging with the gaming community, whether that’s through a personal passion or a professional one, keeping a pulse on what’s important to gamers and content creators across platforms
