Freelance Web Developer (m/f/x)

Working in an agile environment with modern headless techstack and the option to work fully remote in Europe? Here you go: As Freelance Web Developer (m/f/x), you will drive the development of our B2B shop by developing, extending and maintaining web applications with our international dev team in a thriving eCommerce environment.


Note: This position is intended to be a project-based position and can be fulfilled fully remote within Europe.


Software Development: Active participation in the software development life cycle by developing, extending and maintaining new features and Shopware 6 plugins for our B2B shop.

Integration: Part of the responsibility will be the integration of Shopware 6 with third parties services and APIs.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely and effectively with other developers and our agency to ensure the achievement of the objectives and website performance

Testing: Realize automatic A/B testing in our webshop by ensuring correct implementation to obtain valid results while guaranteeing all critical functions and processes

Your Profile
You are in hold of an academic background in software development, informatics or similar

You have gained relevant experience in software development (frontend, backend or fullstack); eCommerce and start-up background is a plus

You feel comfortable in the frontend technologies (VueJS preferable) and e-commerce development (Shopware 6 preferable).

You also provide strong full stack skills (php preferable) and you have expertise in sql

you are experienced with e-commerce and heterogeneous system integration

you must have an eager-to-learn attitude and a growth mindset, which drives you to embrace new challenges and seek continuous improvement

you describe yourself as analytical as well as proactive and self-responsible

you are business fluent in english. German language skills are a plus
