To support our growth, we are seeking a talented Backend Developer with a strong background in API connections, Meta APIs, Meta Pixel integration, performance optimization, CRM systems (preferably GoHighLevel), and database management. Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Role Overview: As our Developer, you will be a pivotal member of our team, working closely with our marketing and content departments to enhance our digital footprint and user experience. Your expertise will drive the integration and optimization of our digital tools and platforms, supporting our mission to provide top-tier real estate educational content in the US. Job Responsibilities - API Connections: implement and manage API connections to integrate various platforms and tools, enhancing system interoperability and data exchange. - Meta Pixel Integration: work closely with the Paid Ads Specialist to setup the Meta Pixel to monitor and improve the effectiveness of our digital marketing strategies. - Collaboration: work closely with the Frontend Developer and Product Managers to understand end-user requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Performance Optimization: monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring it meets speed and scalability requirements. - Troubleshooting & Support: provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes for bugs or performance bottlenecks. - CRM Management: utilize GoHighLevel to streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and support marketing initiatives. - Database Management: oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of database systems to ensure data integrity, security, and availability. - Continuous Learning: stay updated with emerging technologies, and suggest improvements to keep our systems efficient and competitive. Job Requirements - Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role, with a solid portfolio of past projects. - In-depth understanding of API integrations, Meta APIs, Meta Pixel, and CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred). - Experience in database management and website reporting. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset. - Passion for technology and its application.
