Seeking someone with extensive sales experience, preferably someone who has managed sales teams before. Great negotiator, high enthusiasm and energy.
Overview of Position:
This position consists of cold calling seller/real estate agent lead lists in the state of Georgia using the following platforms: Privy, GoHighLevel, Trello. They will be responsible for uploading real estate agent data, calling real estate agents, obtaining basic information on the property, reason for selling, timeline, and setting appointments to follow up at a later date to close the deal. They will also be responsible for emailing written proposals.
Daily Workflow:
-Deal/Contact Accumulation
-Discovery Sales Calls
-Submit Written Offers
-Engage in Follow-Up/Responses as Acquisitions Manager directs
Record KPI’s at each end of shift.
Continually build and develop sales skills using established training protocols and procedures.
KPI’s:
25 new properties uploaded and called daily
50 Follow-Ups per day with warm/hot leads
Compensation:
$5.00 USD/hr.
