Fy Mirror Push Notifications on Tizen Smartwatch

To develop on native Android an APP responsible to show push notifications on Tizen (galaxy watch3 lte) and send confirmations from user to FY Mirror server. No required to publish on Play Store, just the APK file is enough (including source code).
We already get done the follow:
- backend of FY Mirror application already developed.

- Json with details of Firebase services.
- Figma's layout interface for Samsung Galaxy Watch3 LTE.

This is an urgent project and need to be done asap, please inform delivery time.
