Ghl Automation Developer + Claude Api Builder for 3 Business Lines

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical builder to develop and manage the automation infrastructure across three active business lines. This is an ongoing hourly role with consistent hours and potential for a monthly retainer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation workflows to streamline operations and reduce agency dependency.

Key Responsibilities and Projects:

1. Clinical BD Outreach Machine: Develop an automated daily workflow for business development outreach in the clinical sector. This includes pulling data from Zymewire, qualifying sponsors, sourcing contacts via Apollo.io, personalizing emails using the Claude API, and loading sequences into Outreach.io. The system must be connected to Salesforce and run every morning without manual input.

2. Home Service Automation (GHL Rebuild): Execute a comprehensive rebuild of our GoHighLevel (GHL) system. This involves creating advanced ai chat flows, fixing calendar synchronization issues, implementing a vapi/bland.ai inbound call handler, setting up Meta ad automations, and designing post-job follow-up sequences. The goal is to eliminate external agency reliance entirely.

3. Medical Device Outreach Machine: Build an outbound AI system specifically targeting medical device companies that are hiring contract representatives. This will involve Apollo.io for list building, Instantly.ai for sequence management, Claude api for personalization, and ghl for pipeline tracking.

Required Technical Expertise:

*  Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) automation builds, demonstrating deep technical understanding beyond end-user experience.
*  Experience implementing Claude or OpenAI API in real production workflows for content generation and personalization.
*  Intermediate or higher proficiency with automation and integration platforms such as Make.com or n8n.
*  Demonstrated ability to connect Apollo.io with various outreach tools.
*  Experience setting up ai calling solutions like vapi, bland.ai, or similar platforms.
