Job Description:
We are looking for a highly strategic, tech-savvy, and revenue-driven leader to take QTI from a high-potential startup to an automated, scalable, and exponentially growing business. The Growth & Automation Manager will be responsible for driving sales, partnerships, automation, and AI-driven operations especially amongst Hotels and International Schools within China, ensuring high revenue with minimal manual effort.
Responsibilities:
🚀 Growth & Revenue (Sales, Partnerships, Monetization)
•    Develop and execute a high-revenue sales strategy targeting corporates, schools, and HR departments.
•    Build strategic partnerships with hotels, businesses, and educational institutions for long-term contracts.
•    Set up an affiliate and referral network to drive viral growth and self-replicating sales.
•    Design and oversee automated sales funnels, webinars, and lead generation systems.
🤖 Automation & AI-Driven Scalability
•    Identify and implement AI tools and automation to eliminate manual processes.
•    Optimize qti’s digital platform (lms, career coaching tools, hr consulting services) to be self-service and scalable.
•    Work with no-code automation tools (Zapier, gpt-based ai assistants, crm automation).
•    Ensure the entire client onboarding, service delivery, and engagement process is automated.
📈 Marketing & Content Strategy (Inbound & Digital Growth)
•    Oversee AI-powered content creation for blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn, and WeChat.
•    Manage automated social media campaigns and SEO to generate leads passively.
•    Drive paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, WeChat Ads, LinkedIn) to acquire clients at scale.
•    Develop and oversee pre-recorded, monetized online courses & training sessions.
🏗 Product & User Experience (Digital Platform Optimization)
•    Enhance and scale QTI’s Talent & Career Development platform into a self-service SaaS model.
•    Optimize user experience to maximize conversions and retention.
•    Develop a community-driven coaching model with forums, mastermind groups, and digital memberships.

Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Proven track record in business growth, sales, partnerships, and automation.
✔ Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and SaaS business models.
✔ Experience in corporate sales, HR services, or EdTech is a plus.
✔ Ability to design high-converting sales funnels and lead generation strategies.
✔ Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, ai-driven platforms, crm automation).
✔ Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a high-impact team as the business scales.
✔ Fluent in English and Chinese; familiarity with China’s business environment and WeChat ecosystem is a plus.
