Growth Marketer (Full-Time)

About Us:

- We have a fast-paced, results-driven culture that pushes boundaries and prioritizes big wins.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive 3–5 new growth experiments each week (e.g., Targeted outreach to new accounts, creating/testing landing pages, working with AI tools like Claude/ChatGPT for sales enablement).
- Document experiments in Asana—define goals, set metrics, track progress, and recap learnings.
- Collaborate daily with the Growth Manager (via Slack, Zoom, Asana) to prioritize and refine experiments.
- Build repeatable systems to automate anything that works, freeing yourself to tackle new growth initiatives.

Who You Are:
- Likely a former startup founder or a proven top performer with a strong bias toward action.
- Driven by challenge and comfortable with fast-moving, high-impact roles.
- Willing to work a full US workweek schedule (50–60 hours) to hit meaningful milestones.
- Highly resourceful and solutions-oriented. You figure things out and move quickly.
