Health Officer to be On-site in Office

I am looking for freelancers or people who are open to short-term jobs for this same role. When the Health Officer goes on leave, I will require someone to stand in during office hours to cover the minimum duties which are:

Provide basic first aid assistance (if necessary)
Provide assistance to any workplace injury onsite (office environment and only when necessary)
Conduct temperature check using non-contact infrared thermometer
Active local emergency medical services (when necessary)
Conduct health attestation questionnaire screening at entry
Perform basic wellness health check and provide medical support to unwell employees
Perform basic wellness health check and provide medical support to unwell employees
Conduct routine walk-around in the office to ensure compliance with the local COVID regulations and/or requirements
Assist in the event of emergency evacuation (when required)
