The Ideal Candidate:
*         Some form of background in the medical industry
*         Proven experience in customer service and outbound calling, Email, and LinkedIn communications
*         Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*         Highly organised, able to multitask efficiently, and committed to meeting KPIs
*         Familiarity with CRM management and Google Sheets
*         Proactive, dedicated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Open to work on the weekends

Important Details:
*         Location: Remote
*         Payment Structure: Hourly and Generous Commission Earnings
*         Hours: Part-time and full-time US times zone predominantly then Au & UK
*         Responsibilities:
*         Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
*         Build and maintain strong customer relationships
*         Achieve set KPIs and deadlines
*         Update daily, weekly statistics and attend team meetings
