Role Details:
• Location: Remote
• Hours: Full-time, US Time Zone
• Pay: Hourly + Commissions
• Responsibilities:
• Handle 150-200 inbound/outbound calls a day + emails, and chats
• Build strong customer relationships through consistent and mindful follow-ups
• Meet KPIs and keep stats updated
