Hiring A Partner (paid traffic specialist or digital marketing specialist)

I am looking for a digital marketing specialist who can assist me with my social media marketing campaign. Specifically, I need help with increasing brand awareness.

1.Avatar.First and foremost we need to figure out who we're selling to.
2. Irresistible Offer. After that we need to create an irresistible offer for the client so that we can ensure that the client is going to get loads of customers as soon as we turn on the ad campaigns.
3. Ads. In step 3 we're going to boost the Irresistible Offer on steroids. We’re going to run ad to it and then that will most likely make clients pour in for the business.
