I am looking for a Human Resource freelance based in Hong Kong who can help in looking for qualified professionals in the field of Telecommunications and Sales in Asia, who will work for an EU-based Telecom Company.

This will be a results-based engagement.

HR will search, screen and interview qualified professionals, which will be submitted to Telcom Company for final approval.
