Hybrid Mobile App Devs Needed

I am looking for a hybrid app developer (Ionic, Flutter, React) that can build basic mobile apps. Must be familiar with Firebase and Github. The developer would need to be able to take UI files (sketch, figma, psd,) and turn them into functional apps.
Other times you may receive an already functional app that just needs minor bug fixes.  You must be able to push to TestFlight, Google Playstore and our GIthub. These apps are very basic concepts, (On-demand, Dating, Restaurant) .
We will start with 1 project and see how it goes, if it goes well then I will send you a steady stream on work.
