We are seeking an experienced Product Design Engineer / CAD Engineer for the development of an innovative reusable liquid-cooled silicone cap. This cap is designed to provide uniform thermal contact across the scalp. The project involves designing a flexible silicone cap with an integrated internal coolant channel network that can be manufactured at scale. The primary objective is to create an engineering prototype that is durable, reusable, comfortable, and optimized for future mass production. This product development project requires strong experience in CAD, silicone product design, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).

Key Responsibilities:
- Design a flexible ergonomic cap that fits the human scalp.
- Develop an internal coolant channel network inside the silicone cap.
- Design inlet and outlet hose connectors.
- Optimize channel geometry for manufacturability.
- Design the cap to maximize scalp contact.
- Ensure structural integrity while maintaining flexibility.
- Develop a modular design suitable for multiple head sizes.
- Create CAD files ready for rapid prototyping and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with a thermal engineer to optimize coolant distribution.

Required experience includes working with silicone products, flexible materials, medical accessories, wearables, consumer products, injection molding, compression molding, rapid prototyping, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
