We are developing a reusable silicone cooling cap with internal coolant channels. We are looking for an experienced Thermal Engineer or Mechanical Engineer specialized in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to optimize coolant flow, pressure drop, and thermal distribution throughout the cap. The objective is to achieve highly uniform cooling across the entire scalp while minimizing pressure losses and ensuring efficient coolant circulation.

Responsibilities
Perform CFD simulations of coolant flow inside the cap.
Optimize channel geometry.
Evaluate pressure losses.
Optimize inlet and outlet locations.
Simulate coolant velocity distribution.
Identify stagnant flow regions.
Optimize uniform coolant temperature across the entire cap.
Recommend geometry improvements to improve thermal performance.

Work collaboratively with the CAD engineer.
Provide engineering recommendations for prototype improvements.
