Apenas backend, e vai rodar na aws.

Desenvolver um script para ler/armazenar as parciais de ligas do cartola-fc.
Gravar os dados em um BD (desejável PostgreSQL), de forma a ter um ranking das rodadas.
Esse processo vai rodar num Crontab, alimentando/atualizando a base.

Desejável ser em PHP + postgres,
porém se implicar em redução de custos, aceito sugestões.
