We have the design of a Quality Management System but need a programmer to develop it, must be web based and work with DB Mysql.

Speak english fluently, strongly result-oriented, programming method flexible to changes on requirements

The outcome of the project should be a web based QMS software fully operational, the programmer should be able to provide remote maintenance and technical support.
