We have designed an app User Interface and have the layout of the website we want developed.
Initially, we want to launch the website while the application is still under development.
Our ideal timeline is to have a fully functional website launched within 2-3 weeks and have a fully functioning application with 4-6 weeks of the project commencement. Launching the website first will allow us to collect a database of teachers and students, along with trial the system to work out any missing links prior to the apps completion.

Our developers should be able to speak fluent english, use Distributed DB(nosql), Japanese language skills is a bonus but not a requirement. We want our app to connect to

We want to have this project completed as soon as possible and are interested in comparing offers to see who can deliver the best product, for the shortest amount of time and best price. We would entertain the idea of a daily rate, but prefer to pay with a lump sum amount to encourage the team to work quicker and more efficiently.

An app for Japanese students to connect with Teachers. The app will have to feature Google Maps, Google Translate and Google Calendar.
