We are seeking a proactive, articulate, and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in both English and Spanish, and a proven track record of generating opportunities through cold calls and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Linbis, you will be at the forefront of our lead generation efforts. Your main role will involve conducting outbound prospecting activities, primarily through cold calling, to unearth high-quality sales opportunities. Relationship-building will be pivotal; you'll be tasked with establishing and nurturing connections within potential client organizations, discerning their needs, and proposing suitable products or services. Collaborating with our sales team, you'll strategize and roll out comprehensive lead generation campaigns. Leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn will be crucial, both for identifying and researching potential leads, including key decision-makers. Ensuring comprehensive and precise documentation of all lead interactions in our CRM. All of these responsibilities will be underpinned by your ability to communicate professionally and fluently in both English and Spanish. Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales development role, preferably in the tech or software industry. - Excellent command of English and Spanish, both verbal and written. - Proven experience with CRM software. - Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor. - Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude. - Self-motivated and driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Strong phone presence and willingness to make dozens of calls per day.
