Se requiere una unica pantalla en FLUTTER para el

1- Formulario numero de movil:  select de codigo pais , input del movi
2- consulta a la api de nuestro sistema y si responde ok conecta con firebase auth sms, solicita al usuario el ingreso del codigo de validacion recibido
3- registra el movil para firebase fcm y envia a la api de nuestro sistema el token de push notification

muestra notificaciones push ....
