Looking For Respectful Collaborator

I'm looking for someone who respects each other and will walk through life with me. I'm determined to achieve success with that person. I'm a software engineer and an experienced developer. Of course, I respect everyone, but I especially respect those living in Europe, because I've worked with them before. However, I don't work with young people because they think working with me is a joke. I'm looking to work with people who are at least 20 years old. Technical experience isn't necessary; you just need to collaborate with me. I highly recommend people from the US, Canada, or Australia. Also, fluency in English is a plus. Development experience is even better. That's the kind of person I'm looking for. Thank you.
