Looking for someone who can translate from Norwegian or write/ adjust content to the German market (website)

Hi. I'm looking for a writer to create content relevant for clients who are renting out their apartment/house. The goal is to educate and be a valuable information resource to our customers.

Which hopefully will result in them using our services. The main ideas and content for the articles are already fully written in Norwegian.

Your task will be to write them in German and adjust to make sure the information is relevant in the German rental market. We want the articles to be written in an approachable and professional manner. In addition you need some general knowledge about renting apartments, i.e how a deposit account works (Kaution) -  Which would be one example of an article.

Another might be about insurance of your deposit (Mietkautionsversicherung ), and another might be more general with tips to think about before you rent out your apartment/ house.

You do not need to know how to read Norwegian, but this will be an advantage because you can use more of the existing content directly to create German articles. If you don't know Norwegian we can discuss what the theme for the article is in English. Hopefully you have some ideas and experiences about what might be useful when renting out an apartment in Germany.
