Marketing or Influencers to promote our scholarships for chinese universities that result in successfully registering new students

I need a marketing team or influencer personnel who can promote our scholarships specifically targeting  latin american countries. We can guarantee fully funded scholarships to students who meet the basic requirements since we collaborate directly with universities here in China.  We want to build exposure between now until the deadline of July 15th in order to fill 25 seats that are available for our scholarships. We offer both bachelor and master scholarships in various majors with fully paid tuition, accommodation, and monthly stipend. We have focused our marketing on our Instagram, but want to push a campaign to attract potential students who will result in registering with our company for these scholarships and build our Instagram page that will result in more messages and followers. We help from attaining the scholarship for our clients up until arrival to China including the visa process.
