Marketplace (like Tokopedia) mobile app using React Native or Flutter

I need someone who can develop hybrid mobile apps using React Native or Flutter the output is android and iOS apps.
Also I need backend api develop using php (laravel) or nodejs.
Also I need CMS that have basic feature to upload data to display at mobile apps and monitor transaction done at mobile apps.
For database side prefer to use MongoDB or MySQL if possible.

The marketplace that I want to be developed are marketplace with single payment method which is bank transfer only so just display bank account number (no need payment gateway), and using only single courier (whatever it is).
For reference, you can check Tokopedia or BukaLapak for marketplace common features, but please simplify it. And also please check Houzz mobile apps that already on playstore and appstore.

But specification above are not a must, we can eliminate or find alternative for it, or maybe you add some if that's a good idea.
