Lo que se requiere:
1.- Crear un skin/interfaz a medida para la app(No se requiere plantillas ya hechas).
2.- Crear app en el sistema operativo android y iOS. (No se requiere híbridas)
3.- Web: El mismo concepto de las app
4.- Back office

PD: Es un mercado libre de servicios (carpinteros, plomeros, etc), tendrá  todo lo que un mercado libre tiene, mas algunas opciones extras como geolocalizacion entre otros.
