Mobile app for live quiz game

We want to create an app that will have an embedded YouTube video with live streaming.
The host of the streamed show would ask a question and the answers would appear on-screen for the users to vote on. Then stats would be shown on how many people answered each question and which was the right one. At the end, total score would be added and winners (top 5, for example) will show up on the screen.
