Model training and deployment in Aws Sagemaker

Good morning,

I want to train and deploy our ml model on aws sagemaker. It is a project for recognizing objects (specific areas) in shipping containers
We have already labeled the dataset in Sagemaker Ground truth.  We’ve also trained the model on Rekognition, and it worked very well. We need now we want to move (reproduce) the model into the Sagemaker service.
We want in this step the model running on the cloud, (and in the future the model needs to be running in the end-user device (cellphone)).We dont need a full optimization in this point.
The process needs to be well documented and a session of consultancy and training is needed.

Without training time, I would like to finish the project in days (ideally 1-2 days).
If this works, we have more tasks that we would like your help with. We are looking for a long-term partnership.
