One student in my research group developed a code that aims to assess Search and Rescue time in Eastern Canada and the Arctic Gateway specifically focusing on scenarios where helicopters are utilized as the primary rescue resource. Based on that, my method and my research will be focused on adapting and expanding the region of range and developing a method to include weather conditions as a factor that will affect the total time to rescue.

The challenge here is to understand specific parts of the code and being comfortable with what it is doing and the functions in general. In that way, we would need a strong interaction and exchange of information.
