Soap/ Modify wsdl file

I need to modify a WSDL file and only leave 3 operations:
1- GetAmountByDPT
2-GetDPTandAmountByPeriod
3-GetDPTByAmount
This file needs to be able to be imported into Azure apim as soap pass-through api.
The right person must alter the file and import it to his own Azure APIM and verify it is a valid file.
Please indicate if you have experience importing WSDL to Azure APIM.
