The goal is to create a graphical control, if possible, in Android. That shows a point in a map style image (not goole map) and that point can be moved and tracked. The image would be a plan style map in architecture on which we can move a pointer.
Similar to how the UBER trajectory of the car is shown when we wait for it. But the image would not be a geolocation map from google or others.
You should be able to mark a certain area on that map and that area is where your pointer or marker should move or be tracked.

We must also have the X-Y coordinates over the plotted area of a point.
The movement of the pointer or marker should be able to be automated.
