Mozambique Freelance for Shops branding

We are looking for a freelancer working ouder our company name in Mozambique and possibly close countries.
We want to redesign our client's shop with nice global rethinking.

Signage, in-store displays, Windows displays, global branding (Painting, furniture…)

You should visit and understand local needs
Propose a set of elements for global branding in a test strore, and imagine replicable elements for all other stores.
You produce locally and make sure all is well delivered locally.
You propose a brand guide or shop guide in order to explain (Portuguese) how to use the commuication material, how to setup.
You are the contact point with the brand and the ‘after sales’ for the shops.
