I need some one to assist in getting a baby birth certificate. Basically would need to go the hospital / clinic where the baby was born and get the live birth record / certificate. And go to Municipal Office and get an application form to register baby birth certificate.  Post them to an address in Delhi. After the filled in application and signed copy couriered back to you, need to submit that to the Municipal office and get the Original Birth Certificate and courier back to me. You will be given necessary authorization and / power of attorney to do this job.
