Network & Server remote hand services

We are an IT solution provider and we have few projects and need an engineer’s regularly to perform the works.

We are not in the planning any resources in Hong Kong as the projects are not consistent and hiring and managing the engineers is a tough for us.

Given that fact, we would like to outsource these works to the likeminded companies with resources locally.

Our requirements are as below.

Scope of work

1.    Racking & Stacking network switches, routers,  Servers in Data centers
2.    Patching the power cables, network cables
3.
Basic configuration of the devices based on the configuration provided.
4.    All the documentation will be share by us and engineer need to perform according to the work.
5.    Breakfix support for servers, network devices to replace the HDD and memory
6.    Testing the leased lines using testers (our engineers will provide the training)

Requirements.

7.    Resource should be available with in 1 to 2 days advance notice
8.    Should be available for work after office hours and weekends.
