Founded in 2019 in Belgium, Trendskout is a fast growing scale-up with clients across the EU. For supporting our growth in the German market (Focus on North Rhine-Westphalia) we are recruiting a Business Developer on a freelance basis.

About the position

Trendskout Business Developers are responsible for driving sales cycles and closing New Business deals. BD’s communicate the Trendskout value proposition to our prospects, mainly consisting of wholesalers and production companies.

Trendskout BD's will focus on interacting with prospects (in-person and virtual) to acquire new customers and are supported by a technical sales expert throughout the sales cycle.

Business Developers at Trendskout

    Present the Trendskout AI platform to potential clients and are able to detect relevant use cases in the prospects business processes
    Close new business consistently at or above quota level
    Are closely supported by our marketing team by generating a constant flow of meetings with prospects
    Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to close and grow new business
    Bring your strategies and ideas to advance our company’s values and vision for the future

Business Developers have:

    3+ years of experience selling software (SAAS)
    Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals consistently
    Success building business cases with clients to justify a purchase
    A sharp focus on goals and a powerful work ethic
    Tons of energy, passion, humor and enthusiasm
    Preferably live in the North Rhine-Westphalia area
    Excellent communication skills (both in German and English)


    Having established a network in the wholesale industry
    Experience in developing a foreign business in the German market
