We are seeking an experienced Odoo specialist to set up and implement a comprehensive payroll system within our existing Odoo environment. This project is for a company based in Mozambique. Mozambican labor laws and payroll regulations will be introduced by us during the project. The scope includes, but is not limited to: Full configuration of the Odoo Payroll module. Customization of payroll rules, salary structures, and deductions to comply with local regulations. Integration with other relevant Odoo modules (e.g., Accounting, HR). Data migration of existing employee payroll information, if applicable. Testing and validation of the payroll system. Training for our internal team on system usage and maintenance. The ideal freelancer will have proven experience with Odoo ERP implementations, specifically with the payroll module, and a strong understanding of financial processes.
