Onsite Network Engineer for Device Installation and Basic It Support in Canada

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Network Engineer for a one-day onsite activity at our client's location in Canada. The primary responsibilities will involve the physical installation and initial configuration of various network devices, along with providing essential desktop support and troubleshooting for end-users. This role requires a professional who can work independently and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Scope of work will include:
*  Installation of network devices: This involves racking, stacking, powering on, and patching cables for routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points according to provided network diagrams. The engineer will also be responsible for enabling console access for remote engineers to perform further configurations.
*  Basic troubleshooting and support: Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, imaging issues, and other general end-user hardware problems. The freelancer should be capable of diagnosing common issues and implementing immediate solutions to ensure operational continuity.
