We are a B2B marketing agency seeking a remote spanish speaking Paid Media Performance Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. This part-time role requires approximately 5 hours per day. We offer with a monthly fee of USD $600 to $650, depending on experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up, launching, and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Monitoring daily performance and proactively proposing improvements.
- Managing budgets, pacing, audiences, bids, and creatives to achieve campaign goals.
- Running A/B tests to enhance performance.
- Reviewing key metrics such as cpl, cpa, ctr, cpc, and conversion rates.
- Maintaining clear campaign naming conventions and organized account structures.
- Identifying and troubleshooting issues related to tracking, landing pages, or campaign structure.
- Communicating campaign status, insights, and recommendations effectively to the internal team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing real-world ad campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, particularly for B2B clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and concise communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously.
- Native Spanish
Nice to Have:
- Experience with B2B campaigns.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Skills in landing page optimization.
We are looking for a self-sufficient professional who can take initiative and clearly articulate their optimization strategies. This role is not suitable for those with only post-boosting experience or who require constant supervision.
