The Paid Search Analyst will be responsible for leading a team of performance channel specialists covering planning, implementation, optimization and analysis of biddable media channels covering Paid Search, GDN, Youtube, Gmail, and Paid Social marketing activities including 3​rd​ party bid management and analytics tools.
This role is key to future growth and stability and will be responsible for the top-to-bottom development and improvement of our performance marketing offering. The selected candidate will be required to manage and support a team of analysts  in the daily management of the paid media campaigns for one of our key clients.

On the operational side of things, the candidate should be experienced in setting up and laying optimal performance marketing processes and workflows to facilitate the management of daily and time consuming tasks and improve the efficiency of the direct team and the broader digital team at the agency level.
