Tenho um site hospedado na hostinger utilizando wordpress 5.5.3, SSL,  com alguns plugins como o Elementor e Cloudflare contra DDoS.

Os links do site para as paginas pararam de funcionar, o carregamento esta muito lento.

Gostaria de uma consultoria para os 2 pontos acima, atualizar o para a versão nova do Wordpress e verificar se existem algumas outras melhorias a serem feitas, que nao foi me dito qdo fiz o site.
